NFA Awards 2008
About the awards
We are delighted to announce the winners of the 2008 NFA Awards.
The 2008 NFA Awards were held at the Royal York Hotel, Yorkshire. Hosted by BBC TV's Working Lunch presenter Nik Wood, the audience was treated to an opening video transmission from Ian Wright, the Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Communities in Local Government and an enigmatic closing speech from the Rt Hon Clive Betts, MP.
The audience provided rapturous support and respect to all those recognised for their hard work as Dennis Rees, the NFA Chair and Peter Quinn of Awards Sponsors Lovell Partnerships presented the winners awards.
Thanks once again to Lovell Partnership Ltd, whose support ensured the Awards continue to grow in stature and the judging panel who took on the tough task of judging the seven hotly contested categories:
- Michael Gelling, TAROE (Tenants and Residents Organisations of England)
- Janet Dean, Improvement and Development Agency (IdEA)
- Roy Irwin, Audit Commission Housing Inspectorate
- Steve Hale, Lovell Partnerships Ltd
Once again thanks and congratulations from all involved in the organisation - the NFA and Acceleris Marketing Communications - to everyone who took time to enter the awards and to everyone actively involved in projects around the country for their fantastic work.
