24 Housing

Media Partner

24housing magazine launched in 2008. This led to the formation of a recruitment site, the 24housing Awards and our annual Young Leaders campaign and conference.

We are now proud to be the fastest growing media for social housing in the UK. We’ve built this up since our launch and it’s now all under one roof – 24housing. The magazine and website reach an audience of nearly 100,000 people. We also have a substantial social media presence, with a reach of over 500,000 people on our Twitter channel.

We’ve come a long way over the years. Always changing to meet the needs of our audience, but keeping people at the centre of everything we do. Unafraid to campaign when the need arises, we are committed to affordable housing for everyone and we’re delighted to celebrate the best people and most rigorous standards. That’s why we are proud to say that 24housing is so much more than bricks and mortar.

Gas Tag

Conference Sponsor

Gas Tag is the ultimate compliance tool and revolutionised the housing sector when it launched in 2018.

Originally developed to support housing providers with gas safety, our product brought compliance into the modern age. Transforming a paper-based, time-consuming process into a modern, efficient digital solution.

In January 2020, we expanded our compliance suite with the launch of Fire Door. Our latest product utilises Gas Tag technology to provide housing providers with a way to simply manage and monitor their fire safety processes and ensure they meet changing regulations.

Our award-winning system is simple to use for both engineers and professionals, unleashing the power of data to allow housing providers to make proactive evidence-based decisions.

Gas Tag is made up of three components: the ‘Gas Tag’, the free Gas Tag App and the Gas Tag Portal.

The ‘Gas Tag’ is a small NFC tag that is installed at a property and acts as an identifier. By tapping into a property, an engineer or inspector provides immediate geo-tagged and time-stamped evidence of attending a job.

Our free-to-use app can only be accessed by qualified inspectors and engineers. Developed in collaboration with leading industry experts, our app guides users through best-practice workflows enabling them to work in the most efficient and effective way.

The Gas Tag Portal is a centralised database of all your properties and the works carried out in them. The Portal collates all the granular data collected via the app and displays it in a user-friendly interface that gives you complete control of your compliance and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

At Gas Tag, we believe that the future of compliance is technology and we are passionate about supporting housing providers with the management of their safety processes. To find out more about our products and any future product launches visit www.gastag.co.uk.
