For several years now the NFA annual conference has provided an opportunity for ALMO chairs (or their representatives) to get together and discuss issues of mutual concern. However, some delegates have indicated that a workshop at the annual conference is in itself not enough time for Chairs to exchange information. This conference, therefore, aims to offer a greater opportunity for ALMO chairs (or their representatives) to discuss the key policy issues of the day and to network with other ALMOs. Key issues to be debated at the conference will include how ALMOs are addressing the implications of welfare reform, policy update and news from the sector.
