Most Effective Partnership Project
- Brent Housing - Partnership between the ALMO, local police and other authorities to improve the St Raphael's estate.
- Stockport Homes - Stockport Intensive Partnership Sweeps "SIPS"
- Berneslai Homes - "Kendray Blueprint" where the residents decide the issues to be tackled

The awards ceremony will be held at The Royal York Hotel on 13th May 2008, as part of the Annual Conference, compéred by BBC TV Working Lunch presenter Nik Wood.
