Most Innovative Project

  • Wolverhampton Homes - "Cost of Running a Home" Leaflet
  • Colchester Borough Homes - Colchester Respite Scheme
  • Carrick Housing - Self Financing Project

Best Community Initiative

  • Aire Valley Homes - John O'Gaunts Community Allotment Environment project
  • Wolverhampton Homes - Portabello Youth Club project
  • Sandwell Homes - Games to encourage discussion between the ALMO, tenants and stakeholders

Most Effective Partnership Project

  • Brent Housing - Partnership between the ALMO, local police and other authorities to improve the St Raphael's estate.
  • Stockport Homes - Stockport Intensive Partnership Sweeps "SIPS"
  • Berneslai Homes - "Kendray Blueprint" where the residents decide the issues to be tackled

Board Member of the Year

  • Valerie Schneider - Nottingham City Homes
  • John Cox - Salix Homes
  • Sue Roberts - Wolverhampton Homes

ALMO Team Member of the Year

  • Traci Dixon - South Essex Homes
  • Gavin Mackenzie - CityWest Homes
  • Carl Willis - Derby Homes

The awards ceremony will be held at The Royal York Hotel on 13th May 2008, as part of the Annual Conference, compéred by BBC TV Working Lunch presenter Nik Wood.
