To register delegates, we must receive a completed registration or booking form. An email reply will be sent to you on receipt of your form and is your proof of a confirmed booking. If you have not had a reply within 5 days, please contact alli.ward@almos.org.uk or call the NFA office. Our cancellation policy: •Notice of cancellation must be made in writing. •The attendee can nominate a named replacement at no extra cost. •If notice of cancellation is given at least 10 days before the event, only an administration fee of £20 will be charged. •If notice of cancellation is given less than 10 days before the event, or a delegate with a confirmed booking fails to join the event, the full attendance fee will be payable. The Seminar is recorded, and a copy will be distributed to paying delegates. You are agreeing to your name and organisation featuring on a delegate list which is circulated to attendees for networking purposes only. (No personal data will be given out). The NFA reserves the right to alter the programme and its format, and to change the billed speakers without prior notice. Although every effort will be made to host a good quality online seminar, we are not able to guarantee that the event will be free of technical issues. We cannot be responsible individual technical issues that prevent delegates accessing video, audio or slides.
