General Election 2024
The next parliamentary election in the UK must be held by 28 January 2025. A General Election is, however, expected to be called for a date before the 2024 Christmas break.
With the bill for temporary accommodation for the homeless stretching council budgets to breaking point, the NFA and its members have drawn together their key asks for the post-election government. They urge a new parliament to swiftly set out the detail of how we create more genuinely affordable and good quality housing – and how we do it as quickly as possible.
