The NFA has submitted a response to the government’s call for evidence on claims management activity in housing disrepair, launched jointly by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) and the Ministry of Justice.

The NFA has provided a submission to the Autumn Budget process which highlights four priorities: £2/week rent convergence from April 2026, discounted PWLB borrowing, £2.5bn in low-interest loans for council homes, and a review of HRA sustainability.
