NFA Tenant Satisfaction Measures Webinar

As ALMOs review and update their data strategies in preparation for collecting and reporting the TSM data, we have organised a half day webinar for members to hear directly from the
Regulator of Social Housing as well as the data experts at Housemark.

We urge all ALMO chief officers, data strategy lead officers and data collection officers to book onto this free member webinar where they can ask detailed and technical questions of the
RSH and Housemark as well as understanding the strategic significance data collection.

The event will also provide members with the opportunity to discuss issues, raise concerns and share good practice with colleagues in breakout sessions to help you understand what others
are planning, including on communication and engagement with tenants around tenant perception surveys which will need to be undertaken during the next financial year.
