RSH & NFA tenant feedback session – Consumer standards

This is a special session for ALMO managed tenants and ALMO tenant engagement officers to hear directly from the Regulator of Social Housing and an opportunity for them to ask questions.  Our normal TAP meeting will take place afterwards for TAP members only from 6-7pm.
