The CIH and the NHF have today published an action plan to implement the recommendations made by the independent Better Social Housing Review (BSHR).
Helen Baker, Chair of Shelter and of the Better Social Housing Review Panel, was a keynote speaker at the 2023 NFA Annual Conference. She told delegates that the review panel are keenly aware that social housing is a system under pressure. The issues landlords face are very real – and better quality and truly comparable data will be a crucial first step in making it possible for them to deliver on their core purpose.
