The NFA, ARCH and CWAG have written to the Building Safety Regulator to raise our concerns around how complaints will be handled in high-rise properties in the social rented sector, and ask for a meeting between ourselves and the Building Safety Regulator, Housing Ombudsman and DLUHC.
