The NFA has submitted a response to the Government’s consultation on the Decent Homes Standard, following extensive engagement with our members and Tenant Advisory Panel. 

In our response we welcome the Government’s focus on decency and the review of the Decent Homes Standard. However, we set out some concerns with the proposals and how they will work in the sector. We also set our response within the wider context of local authority housing funding.
