NFA submission to the Housing Ombudsman call for evidence: Investigation into damp and mould
The NFA asked its members’ views on the five questions the Housing Ombudsman set out in its call for evidence for its investigation into damp and mould.
The responses highlight that although there have been some terrible cases recently in the media, highlighting the appalling conditions some social housing residents have had to endure and the terrible service they received from their landlord, this is not representative of the sector as a whole. We do not profess that our sector is by any means perfect but that our members are committed to responding to any such issues swiftly and to residents’ satisfaction as far as possible.
