Every Voice Counts

The involvement of tenants and residents in ALMO governance and service delivery is a founding principle of the ALMO model and continues to be a core part of the work of ALMOs. Tenants and residents are part of formal structures, including boards, scrutiny panels and Tenants and Residents Associations, as well as being involved through informal methods.

This publication highlights the best practice in the sector and shows how effectively working with tenants and residents can make sure organisations continue to  deliver high quality services.
