The causes of homelessness are structural. The impact of homelessness is personal.

This report focuses on the work of the ALMO sector in the sphere of homelessness in what has been a particularly challenging year. It considers how ALMOs use their housing expertise to support people into settled homes through innovative programmes that have helped build a solid body of evidence of what works in homelessness prevention.

The report also summarises the views of experienced practitioners from NFA members’ staff about what needs to change on a structural level to prevent homelessness.
