The NFA has responded to the Regulator’s consultation on changes to the Consumer Standards; specifically, updating the standards to include information on the Competence and conduct requirements, introducing an electrical safety testing TSM, and making technical changes to reporting.

We do not have any concerns with how the Regulator has interpreted the government’s policy direction on these areas.
