The Regulator has launched a call for evidence on its regulatory regime to ensure more and better social homes. 

While the majority of the call for evidence relates to the Regulator’s Economic Standard (which is not applicable to local authorities) we have provided member feedback on the future of regulation, including whether the Regulator should move to a more risk-based regime.
