Sponsorship opportunities
The NFA Annual Conference takes place at The Eastside Rooms in Birmingham. Our conference is attended by chief executives, board members, senior strategic operational staff, and engaged tenants. This is the key event and the ONLY event for the ALMO sector.
The NFA only offers a small number of sponsorship packages, this enables us to improve the visibility and profile of key sponsors and where possible we will try to tailor / negotiate packages to suit your needs.
1: Headline conference sponsorship package
£3,000 + VAT
1: Headline conference sponsorship package Headline your organisation with all aspects of the conference.
Package includes:
• Headline Sponsorship: Organisation logo, biography and web link on the NFA website pages
• Logo on all promotional communications
• Company branded lanyards / delegate badges
• Space for company banners to be displayed in registration area and in main room (banners to be provided by you)
• Small working space in registration area for your organisation representative to connect with delegates during networking times
• Introduction and welcome from Conference Chair in opening remarks.
• Company logo integrated into main stage presentation graphics
• Acknowledgement of conference sponsor and logo on delegate pack
• Opportunity to provide guest blog for NFA website, and used in wider NFA press and social media activity
• Involvement promotion via NFA social media
• Free ‘one item’ insert into conference delegate packs if required (to be provided by you)
• Two complimentary conference delegate places.
2: Partner conference sponsorship package
£2,500 + VAT
Associate your organisation with all aspects of the conference.
Package includes:
•:Organisation logo, biography and web link on the NFA website pages
• Logo on all promotional communications
• Space for company banners to be displayed in registration area
• Small working space in registration area for your organisation representative to connect with delegates during networking times
• Involvement promotion via NFA social media
• Free ‘one item’ insert into conference delegate packs if required (to be provided by you)
• Two complimentary conference delegate places.
3: Delegate pack insert
£300 + VAT
Package includes:
Flyer/promotional item (to be provided by you) inserted into every conference pack which goes to every delegate and speaker.
4: Promotional pens/notepads/stationary etc
Prices on request + VAT
Sponsorship payment terms:
• 50% payment to be received 28 days prior to event.
• 50% to be received within 28 days following the event.
