This joint submission puts the case for a three-year national affordable housing programme to deliver close to 200,000 new homes. It was prepared for the 2007 Comprehensive Spending Review by the National Housing Federation, Shelter, the Local Government Association, the Chartered Institute of Housing and the National Federation of ALMOs.
