The NFA has written a letter to Andrew Stephenson, the new Parliamentary Under Secretary of State in the Department of Levelling Up, Housing & Communities, with responsibility for social housing. In our letter we introduce the sector, reconfirm commitment to the Social Housing White Paper and regulatory reform, but highlight some of the challenges that the sector is facing, particularly in relation to the sustainability of finances.
