The NFA has written to Simon Clarke, the new Secretary of State at the Department of Levelling Up, Housing & Communities. In our letter, we introduce the NFA and ALMOs, highlighting the work that the sector does to deliver good quality housing services, the focus on tenant engagement and tenant voices on boards and the governance structures. We re-confirm our support for the new regulatory changes and the Social Housing White Paper. However, we also highlight the challenges that the sector is facing, particularly the pressures to Housing Revenue Accounts.
