The Regulator of Social Housing has just issued a consultation on the proposed Tenant Satisfaction Measures which will form part of their new proactive regulatory regime, but we are still awaiting on legislative change to implement the new regime.

The NFA and its members have welcomed the proposed changes to the regulatory regime.
