As a sustainable venue the venue advocates for the use of public transport for travel where possible, therefore they do not have an onsite car park.

The venue does benefit from the Millennium Point Multi-Storey Car Park (Postcode – B4 7AP) which is located just opposite/across the road from The Eastside Rooms. 

Arriving by train and onwards by taxi: With three train stations currently located in the city, the venue is already very accessible via train into Birmingham New Street Station (the main city station) is located just a 15-minute walk away from the venue and both Moor Street and Snow Hill are just 10-minutes away.

Taxi cabs are available outside New Street Station and will take approximately 15 minutes.

Dietary, allergy or access requests:
If you have any special requirements (diet, allergy, access etc) you will be asked on the booking form to request these.

A note about carers: Carers are very welcome to attend for delegate assistance. If a carer is purely coming along to assist a delegate and not to attend conference themselves, we can offer a vastly reduced price which just covers the costs of any lunch and refreshments etc.  Please do encourage your ALMO to talk to us prior to making a booking, we can help where possible.
